LGBT media advocacy organization GLAAD announced the nominees for its 28th Annual GLAAD Media Awards, presented by Delta Air Lines, Hilton, Ketel One Vodka, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Wells Fargo. The GLAAD Media Awards recognize and honor media for their fair, accurate, and inclusive representations of the LGBT community and the issues that affect their lives. As the 2017 award season takes off, queer, trans and ally people of color are getting the recognition we deserve – including a Best Motion Picture Golden Globe for Moonlight.
