Sharing Our Stories: Violence within and against LGBTQ Communities of Color (Richmond, VA)

Over the next two years, the Richmond Area Partnership (RAP) to enhance services to LGBTQ survivors and raise awareness of violence in LGBTQ communities will be working to address violence within and against LGBTQ communities. As part of this work, Southerners On New Ground (SONG) and the Virginia Anti-Violence Project (VAVP) will be holding listening sessions with LGBTQ people of color while using the power of storytelling to start conversations that build community, give voice to the violence and develop healthier relationships.
